This is a small, quick figure painting I did in acrylics. I was working under the tutelage of another artist at the time, and he was trying to get me to loosen up in my drawing, to breathe life and motion into a subject that is being depicted sitting still. I painted late, late at night, and some of that night feeling sneaked into the pictures.  There were a few other paintings in that session, but I liked this one the best.
