pentalips

This is a photo from a trio of them done in a fine art style. The name is a play on tulip. Because there are five of them, they are pentalips, ‘penta’ being  the Greek word for a designation of five things. It follows the rhythms of the natural world, where virtually all is perfect symmetry without any external intervention of any kind.
